Precision Fitness Franchise Opportunity
The Coeur d'Alene Facility is the first and is currently the main base of operations; however, Precision Fitness solutions will continue to expand. The purpose of Precision Fitness is to provide a customer service focused, fitness program founded upon the High Intensity Training principles and sound nutrition advice for any goal. Precision Fitness Solutions is a licensing company designed to help motivated personal trainers and entrepreneurs reach their potential in the world of health and fitness. The company is owned and operated by Sam Mann. Sam Mann is educated in Sociology/Psychology as well as, multiple National Certifications in Anatomy and Physiology and ten years experience in the fitness industry.
"After opening my first Licensee Owned gym in Hayden, I am now focused on expanding our brand and system to others around the country. I have a great system, now I have duplicated it, so the goal is not to be a trainer that helps 80 of my personal customer's, the goal is to help 80 different trainers help 80 clients. That way more people having a life changing experience." -Sam Mann
The size a cost for opening a new Precision Fitness Facility will vary based on the population and real estate value of the chosen location. The goal is identifying our two markets, creating a niche market for both of customer bases, and identifying the geographic locations for where those people will be coming from.
Our first service is our one-on-one training environment which is a high end training service. This niche market is the middle/upper class professional (and their circle of influence) seeking specific fitness results in a private, customer service driven setting, with little time to invest. An addition to this niche market is the individual in poor health or in need of injury rehabilitation, which cannot participate in conventional methods of strength training. These clients will most likely come from 15 to 20 minutes away geographically.
Another niche market that PFS plans to gain members in an open gym, these are goal oriented individuals that can't afford personal training, but want a facility to workout in that provides a quick, results oriented atmosphere. These clients are taken from very different geographical locations. The open gym members may come from a wider geographic location because they are paying less and possibly using the gym for longer periods of time. Thus they may not be bothered by a longer drive. The maximum these clients would probably travel is 60 minutes, not miles but minutes.
The question is how many possible clients are there within these driving radii. The number that we start with is the population of the town we are doing business in. The number is fifty thousand in the greater CDA, Hayden, and Post Falls Area. So how many of the fifty thousand are going to fit into our financial demographics. 20% of that fifty thousand fit into that financial demographic that's ten thousand people. Now of our ten thousand people we need to find out how many are located in our 15-60 minute driving radius. Based on residential and commercial properties within our driving radius our estimates of client and member growth are only based on 10% of the market share.
Mission
To market to potential licensees who are interested in owning and/or managing an additional Precision Fitness Location in a separate and suitable market. Then to teach and train the licensee to provide top quality service and fitness results to their clients while maximizing the capacity of their facility and revenue of their programs.
Business Model
The current licensed Precision Fitness CDA. is the only fitness program in the greater Coeur d'Alene area, private or public, that is offering personalized 15-minute personal training sessions based on the High Intensity exercise principle, combined with nutrition and supplementation for weight management. As well as, an open gym format for members to train on there own. The fitness industry is consistently moving towards developing programs that get the consumer better results with less time spent. By combining the High Intensity exercise protocol in a private one-on-one or open gym setting, with a nutrition program for weight management, PFS is on the leading edge of the current industry trends. PFS' rate structure is very comparable to other fitness programs in the area and the employee trainer compensation structure will attract the "best of the best" personal trainers.
Strategy
PFS' main growth strategy is to implement duplicatable programs and processes that will successfully generate enough revenue to attract potential owners for new facilities. Once this is accomplished, PFS will begin expansion by opening additional facilities in new markets. Methods of involvement for potential owner are as follows:
- A prospective owner Licensee can bring their own financing for the new facility, they will then enter into a licensing agreement with PFS which includes a one time up front payment and a percentage of gross revenue thereafter. PFS will work with the new owner to locate, secure, and remodel selected location. PFS will oversee the hiring of the entire staff and their training. PFS has written and duplicated materials for human resources and a Personal Training Certification Program specific to PFS trainers. These materials will be used to educate and train staff members so that they can be successful in the any market. PFS will also provide software and computer managing systems that have been created specifically for PFS facilities to manage client bases, invoicing, payroll, and billing. PFS will also provide a bookkeeper at a discounted rate, as well as access to product lines specific to those offered in PFS facilities. PFS will also oversee and create all marketing programs for future facilities, giving them the ability to benefit from any marketing done by other PFS facilities in the area. Shared marketing programs serve to make marketing more affordable for all facilities.
- PFS will also allow potential PF Managers upon approval to have an opportunity to buy into a PFS owned facility. This buy in program involves a continued change in ownership based on profit sharing, until the potential owner has reached a negotiated percentage of ownership and buys PFS out in a lump sum payment. At such time the new owner would role over to a license agreement.
For more information regarding licensing see attached license agreement.
Space provisions and requirements may vary due to location and other services provided, juice bar, tanning, etc.
