"I started with Trapper at precision fitness 4 months ago. My goal was to trim down and get lean. Trapper was so good about listening to exactly what I was looking for and made sure that my diet and exercise plan was in tune with those wants while still being flexible. He makes a point to regularly ask me if we are still keeping in line with my goals and if I am seeing a difference. Obesity runs in my family and I wanted to make sure that I didn't go down that path. With Trapper's help I have dropped 10 lbs, gone down a pants size and have lost numerous inches all over. He is so good at reading me and knows what kind of trainer I need on any given day. Some days I need someone to push me like a drill sergeant and other days I need a cheerleader and Trapper provides a perfect mix of those two personalities. He pushes me to do things that I would never have thought I could do, but with his help I have achieved so much more than I would have thought possible. I look forward to more sweat, tears and inches with Trapper at Precision Fitness!"

"At first I was a bit skeptical of the idea of a personal trainer because I was not over weight, just trying to build some muscle and stay in shape. I met with Trapper who opened my eyes to a lot of things. Trapper supplied me with the correct diet and exercise specific to my body type. He has been able to help me achieve my goals much faster than I anticipated. Since then my workout time has decreased, while I am still gaining muscle. I can't thank him enough; I now spend less time in the gym, and see continuous progress. If you are looking for better results I highly recommend this guy!"

"I have been working out with Trapper for two months now and am thrilled with my results so far. The personalized workouts and nutrition coaching has helped me drop a size already! The workouts are short in length but high in intensity which makes working out and feeling good achievable for us working moms. I have never been more pleased with a workout routine than I have since I started training with Trapper and I look forward to obtaining and maintaining my fitness goals once and for all."

"When I started working out with Scott Stockwell at P-Fit Hayden I was by far in the worst shape of my life. I had a new years resolution to loose the 50 pounds I had gained over 2009 and to get ripped for the summer. First thing that changed was my eating habits. Scott sat me down and drew up a well outlined and detailed meal plan for me. It consisted of eating more thru the course of the day but making better choices about what I was eating. If there is one person who loves to eat its me so he gave me a list of food that appealed to liking and how much to intake during the course of the day. This helped me get into a healtier daily routine which helped eliminate all my old bad habits. I also worked with Scott 2 times a week and saw immediate results I wanted more and now work with him 3 times a week! To make this long story short I have lost my 50 pounds and now in return in the best shape I have ever been in! Stronger, leaner and healthier all thanks to Precision Fitness!"

"Working with Scott has allowed me to push myself and my body farther than I ever could working out at home or by myself. Each exercise goes to muscular failure and forces me to give my absolute best effort. Scott always ensures I have proper form and am not cheating to gain the most benefit from my work. Scott has been very flexible in working with me to achieve my fitness goals and encourages feedback when evaluating progress."

"I have joined a number of health clubs/gyms in Hayden and California. Precision Fitness is the best I have found. The equipment is state of the art. The staff, especially Melody and Scott, are very friendly as well as excellent trainers. Hayden is very lucky to have this great facility to keep us in shape."

"I've been training with Scott for the last two months to help me lose those last few extra pounds that are so hard to get rid of. I always thought you needed to train for 2 hours a day to stay lean and fit but Precision has shown me that with intense work outs only twice a week you can get even better results! I love working out here and they have helped me achieve my goals as well as helped me with my nutrition to help me get great results! The work outs are short and sweet and all the trainers do a great job mixing up the routines so you and your body don't get bored! To get in great shape and health I would recommend Precision to anyone!"

"I love going to work out with Melody @ Precision Fitness in Hayden! It is close by my work, at Inland Northwest Bank, which makes it easy to fit into my busy schedule! They are knowledgeable, great trainers, and give nutrition advice too. They coach you along the way to the results that you are looking for!! I am very pleased with their services!!"
