I believe the best way to introduce myself is to start with my "why."
"Obesity contributes to nearly 1 in 10 deaths worldwide, and in the U.S. alone, it's linked to over 300,000 deaths each year. It dramatically increases the risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and at least 13 types of cancer. It can even shorten life expectancy by up to 10 years. But here's the good news: losing just 5 to 10 percent of your body weight can significantly reduce those risks and improve your energy, mood, and mobility."

My personal fitness journey began over 21 years ago. For reasons I can only attribute to God, I’ve had a deep desire and natural ability to understand health and fitness at a high level. More importantly, I’ve been gifted with the ability to connect with people and coach them in a way that creates real, sustainable change. I believe my purpose is to help combat the obesity epidemic, one person at a time. I’m convinced that the habits we build today can shape not only our own future, but that of our children and generations to come.

Our relationship with food is often emotional, and in many cases, tied to patterns that resemble addiction. I've seen these patterns firsthand in my own family. It takes more than willpower to break free, but I’ve also seen the incredible transformation that happens when someone finally breaks through barriers that have held them back for years, or even decades.
I know how hard it is to prioritize your health when life is full. I’m a husband and father of four, and I support my wife as a full-time stay-at-home mom. I understand the demands of modern life and what it takes to stay fit through it all. You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to help, and I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
